Nutcracker

Produced annually since 1995, the River Region Ballet’s combination of amazing dancers, gorgeous sets and costumes, and Tchaikovsky's timeless music makes the Nutcracker one of the greatest holiday shows. River Region Ballet, Inc. is delighted to announce that this beloved holiday tradition will continue in the River Parishes for 2024!

Sugar Plum Party @ 11am  $20

 Sugar Plum Party - Lafon Arts Center 

This will be an abbreviated one hour performance of The Nutcracker. 

The performance will be followed by a “Sugar Plum Party”. 

The audience members will be invited to join the Sugar Plum Fairy 

onstage and experience “The Kingdom of the Sweets” for themselves. 

They can meet and talk to their favorite characters, experience what it is like to be on the stage 

under the glowing lights, and take pictures.
